There's been a lot of memorable moments as the Hairbrained video awards is one of the best events to meet up with your closet friends and fellow craft hairdressers and there's a special energy to that like no other.

The most memorable was unexpectedly winning video of the year last year in collaboration with lucie Doughty.

In your opinion, what are the key qualities that set a Hairbrained Awards submission apart and make it stand out to the judging panel?

The key qualities that set hairbrained submissions apart and allow them to stand out to the judges would be a well crafted technique and video that is created to share and inspire.

What role do you see Hairbrained and similar platforms playing in the future of the beauty and hairstyling industry?

Community, Connections and experiences

Do you have any exciting projects or upcoming ventures that you'd like to share with the Hairbrained community and our audience?

The current focus are the beginner learners and Aveda Arts cosmetology schools ...... rounding up some of the best educators and mentors to be part of raising the level of the industry one student at a time.

How do you balance your creative pursuits and professional growth with the demands of the industry and your personal life?

1. The basics are super important great scheduling, good time management and total dedication ....

2. Keep friends and family close and appreciate every moment in real time.

3. I'm blessed with a beautiful son that inspires me to be present and keeps me in check.

What are your thoughts on the impact of social media and digital platforms in shaping the careers of today's hairdressers and artists?

Community and connection is key to not only shaping but also maintaining a great career in the beauty industry. Both social media and digital platforms play major roles to the success of both.

How can people find out more about you?
